• Wizard Function

With ADMAG AXG, it is available to set interactively the minimum required parameters for operation start in an interactive manner.

• Multiple Languages

ADMAG AXG supports not only English but also nine languages in total: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, and Japanese. This helps to prevent stress, misunderstandings, and parameter setting errors that occur when using languages that you are not familiar with.

• Cable Connection Checking Function

ADMAG AXG diagnoses whether the transmitter and detector are connected in the correct combination. This helps reduce start-up wasted time caused by incorrect cable connections.

• Detection of Electrode Adhesion (Insulator)

With ADMAG AXG, it is available to monitor the adhesion of the electrode while continuing the flow measurement without removing the detector. This contributes to the development of a maintenance plan.

• Detection of Flow Noise (Air bubbles, Slurry)

Even with conventional models, we have provided stable flow measurement using dual-frequency excitation method.
Furthermore, ADMAG AXG can display and output the strength of flow noise separately from flow signal output. As a result, while realizing stable flow rate measurement, it is possible to grasp when flow noise is generated at “when,” “how long,” and “how much strength”, thus contributing to flow noise countermeasures.

• Process Data Trend Display

ADMAG AXG can display process values as trend graphs, as well as numerical information, and can “visualize” process value changes from the past to the present. This function displays one process value per screen, and it can switch up to four process values by switching the screen. There are 11 types of process values that can be displayed, and 6 types of screen update cycles. The vertical axis is scaled automatically and always displays a graph that is easy to see.

• Data Logging Function

ADMAG AXG can be equipped with a microSD card (optional) and can store process information.
This makes it possible to record process information simply if there is a device itself. Also, data is stored in text format.
Therefore, analysis using spreadsheet software is also possible by importing data into a PC via a microSD card.

• Low Conductivity Diagnosis

The maintenance of conductivity, in particular to prevent significant drops, is one point of stable flow measurement.
In ADMAG AXG, monitoring changes in conductivity and catching signs of a significant drop will contribute to early action.
